Delete your Tomelet account
You only have an account if you signed in for Tomelet Sync. The free reader has no account and keeps everything on your device — uninstalling the app removes that data.

If you can’t open the app, start here. Enter the address you signed in with and we’ll email you a link to confirm the deletion.

If an account uses this address, we’ve sent instructions. The link expires in 60 minutes.

In the app (fastest)
- Open Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
- Your account is closed immediately and scheduled for deletion.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Tomelet account" from the email address linked to your sign-in provider (Google, Apple or Facebook). We will confirm within 7 days and may ask you to verify ownership.
What is deleted
- Your profile and linked sign-in identities (Google, Apple, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat)
- All registered devices and their keys
- All encrypted sync records and encrypted files
- Support records that identify you
Deletion completes within 30 days. Security logs expire within 12 months of creation. Anonymous, aggregate statistics are kept.
What is not deleted by this
- Your subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Deleting the account does not refund or cancel a store subscription.
- Data on your devices. Books and annotations stored locally stay until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Data held by your sign-in provider (Google, Apple, Facebook), which is governed by their policies. You can also revoke Tomelet's access from your account settings there.
